CC-PDIL01 is a C-series I/O digital input module belonging to Experion PKS DCS distributed control system. It is specially designed for industrial process automation data acquisition. This module receives 24VDC switch digital signals from on-site field devices including proximity sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, valve feedback contacts, emergency stop buttons and interlock switches. It converts field discrete on/off status into standard bus data and uploads to the system main controller, realizing real-time signal collection, equipment status monitoring, safety interlock logic judgment and fault alarm trigger for whole production process. It is the core signal input unit of Honeywell DCS control cabinet.
