Beckhoff C6032 is an integrated industrial PLC (Industrial IPC Controller) based on PC architecture. It is a compact modular industrial control computer in the Beckhoff C60xx series. With TwinCAT3 software, it can achieve standard PLC logic control, multi-axis motion control, human-machine interface HMI visualization, machine vision data processing, equipment data acquisition, and IoT edge computing. It also completes servo, IO, sensor, and actuator networking and linkage through the EtherCAT high-speed fieldbus.
The entire machine adopts a very small volume cast aluminum body. It replaces traditional fixed PLC controllers in a narrow control cabinet space. It can be flexibly selected from various Intel processors such as Celeron, Pentium, i3, i5, i7, with a maximum support of 64GB DDR4 RAM. It balances lightweight installation and high-performance computing, suitable for most industrial automation control scenarios such as single-machine equipment, production line stations, and flexible conveying systems, achieving all functions of PLC programming, motion control, screen configuration, data storage, and upper-level communication with a single set of hardware.
The processors range from entry-level Intel Celeron (Celeron) and Pentium (Pentium) dual-core to i3 quad-core, i5 six-core, and i7 eight-core, allowing for simple single-machine logic control, millisecond-level multi-axis synchronization, large data volume vision processing, and complex production line algorithm computing to be matched with hardware configurations as needed, without performance redundancy waste.
The overall size is only 132×133×102mm. Compared to traditional industrial computers with the same computing power, it can save approximately 90% of installation space. It is specially designed for compact control cabinets and embedded installation in equipment bodies, perfectly meeting the requirements of equipment miniaturization and integration design.
The original design includes 2 compact PCIe slots. Additional serial ports, network ports, acquisition cards, and fieldbus modules can be installed. The original board includes multiple network ports, USB, and DP video output. It supports dual M.2 solid-state drives and comes with hardware RAID1 disk redundancy. Key production data is automatically backed up to prevent loss.
Supports DIN rail snap-in installation, back panel wall mounting of control cabinets, side wall side installation; The interface panel can be rotated to adjust the outflow angle according to the direction of the line wiring. It can be fixedly installed in the corners of the narrow cabinet, reducing the difficulty of construction and wiring.
It is perfectly compatible with Beckhoff TwinCAT automation software at the factory. It supports one-click deployment of soft PLC programming, NC motion control, TwinSAFE safety control, and OPC UA IoT communication. The theoretical minimum cycle of the EtherCAT bus can reach within 1ms, supporting up to hundreds of-axis servo synchronization control. It is suitable for high-speed assembly lines and precision equipment.
The aluminum-zinc alloy cast integrated shell is resistant to vibration and electromagnetic interference. The standard operating temperature is 0~55℃, IP20 protection level. It is suitable for harsh industrial environments such as dust in the workshop, temperature differences, and electromagnetic interference. The original factory motherboard is developed by Beckhoff, with long-term supply of components, ensuring more stable after-sales service during the equipment's lifecycle.
Compared with the high-end rack-mounted industrial control IPCs from Beckhoff, the C6032 has optimized the casing and mass production processes.
