The Q64AD2DA is a combined analog input & output intelligent module for Mitsubishi MELSEC-Q Series PLC systems. It integrates 4-channel A/D conversion (Analog Input) and 2-channel D/A conversion (Analog Output) within one single module. It collects continuous analog signals (4~20mA, 0~20mA, -10~10V) from field transmitters such as temperature, pressure, flow sensors, converts analog signals into digital data for PLC processing. Meanwhile, it converts digital commands from PLC back into analog current/voltage signals to control actuators like control valves, variable drives and regulators. It simplifies system configuration for process control and reduces the total number of slots occupied on the PLC base unit.
