The Beckhoff EL3164 is a 4-channel differential analog input EtherCAT terminal, designed to convert standard industrial analog voltage signals into high-precision digital data for EtherCAT-based PLC and industrial PC control systems. It supports differential voltage signal collection within the range of -10 V to +10 V with up to 16-bit high conversion resolution, equipped with 500 V galvanic electrical isolation between the field wiring side and the EtherCAT E-bus backplane.
